Work flow, organization and distrubution, decision-making, coaching, mentoring, developing the team’s skills, follow production schedule, operate equipment if needed, make sure priorities are copleted on time for delivery, raise production issues to the parties
(supervisor, managers, tech department, customer service, etc)
Must be a level 2 or higher willing to learn all process and equipment, computer literate. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. Typically requires HS and 6+ years.
