Responsibilities

Overview: Metal Card Operator operates various machines and manual processes related to metal card production process, while adhering to the safety, quality, security, and audit compliance regulations. Metal Card Operators will have ability to perform list tasks according to appropriate instructions, and perform mechanical inspections and adjustments on machinery for which the operator is trained, maintaining knowledge of changes in procedures and machine technologies.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Properly set up machines (Hot Stamp, EMV, Laminator, CNC and Collator) and other manual processes
  • Load metal sheets into machines and perform various functions
  • Monitor quality of the assembly
  • Must demonstrate good mechanical skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally in machine operation) is a plus
