Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures  
  • Adhere to the IDEMIA Quality Policy 
  • Contribute to team success by meeting target volumes monthly 
  • Ability to set up, operate and produce product within ISO specifications while meeting machine expectations provided by the production supervisor 
  • Cross-training within the department is a must to create flexibility within the teams as described by the production supervisor 
  • Must possess the ability to use various precision equipment, individual must have some experience with computers; attention to detail is imperative, along with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment 
  • Must be willing to work overtime as business needs meet market demands 
  • Support kitting activities when needed 
  • Maintain 5S activities for machines/area operated to include TPM tasks 
  • Other roles and responsibilities may apply  

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Basic math skills 
  • Ability to work in a team based environment  
  • Experience with plastic substrates (printing, lamination, mechanical punch equipment) 
  • Experience in ISO/QS type quality systems  
  • Lean manufacturing experience preferred  
  • Basic knowledge of MS office applications 
  • Ability to train others
