Responsibilities

The Production Coordinator is a key leadership role responsible for facilitating communication between the production teams and customer service. This position ensures the seamless flow of information, handles production-related requests, and manages multiple projects from inception to completion. The Production Coordinator will work closely with team supervisors to act as a link between AM and PM teams across the 4 teams in addition to manage team attendance to coordinate team member coverage. This position will report to the Production Manager.

 

  • Manage Customer Service communications and requests
  • Coordinate projects with production
  • Coordinate communication between production teams
  • Manage team attendance
  • Team training assessment
  • Follow up on onboarding progress with the supervisors
  • Report review
  • Escalation issues with the appropriate team

Qualifications

  • Experience required for at least two years in manufacturing environment.
  • Salary contract Monday to Friday, day shift requiring exceptional flexible schedule to meet with PM team
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and influence teams
  • Good communication skills: be able to run meetings/trainings, drive actions plans with many contributors
  • Good level competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a diverse multi-cultural team environment
  • English (read, written, spoken) mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
