Responsibilities

IDEMIA, the global leader in ID & Payment Card manufacturing located in Exton PA, is looking to add a new Quality Auditor to our overnight production team to assist in the accuracy of our card counting & shredding of our waste material in the facility
 
Overview: Ensures compliance with established manufacturing internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Audit card counts and identifies improper accounting or documentation. Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
 
Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Count work in manufacturing process.
  • Reconcile count balances between manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain chain of custody on all material removed from jobs during the manufacturing process.
  • Enter count information accurately into computer system.
  • Granulate all scrap PVC.
  • Accurately and neatly complete all forms, logs, and paperwork required.
  • Work in the Shred room on occasion

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or one year related experience and/or training in manufacturing quality; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate percentages.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to perform well in pressure situations
  • Strong organization skills, excellent personal time management and group time management required
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and accept ownership for projects
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
