Responsibilities

  • Originates graphic designs, creates solution specification documents, and produces prototypes.
  • Interacts directly with customers, program delivery, manufacturing, and sales teams.
  • Creates and proofreads customer facing and internal documentation, which includes design concepts, preprint approvals, design approval documents, and change order addendums.
  • Communicates with outside vendors, such as material or component suppliers and print producers.
  • Must follow and document proven process procedures and techniques used to create and deliver designs meeting manufacturing and customer requirements.

**The US base salary range for this full-time position is $54,000-$67,820 + bonus + benefts. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.**

Qualifications

  • Proficient with graphic arts software on multiple platforms, graphic arts media and multiple print production methods.
  • Possesses an overall good graphic design sense and be able to use design elements such as color, typography, and illustration to create appropriate visual representations.
  • Ability to resolve issues and overcome barriers in a fast-paced demanding environment.  
  • Interest and ability to learn new software technologies and document process procedures.
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a major in Graphic Design.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the field of design and print production is preferred.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook.
  • Mac and PC Platforms, experience with XML is a plus.
  • Portfolio required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, subject to background investigation
