Responsibilities

The Graphic Design & Corporate Events Internship is one of the key disciplines within IDEMIA North America’s 12-week Summer Internship Program. As an integral member of the Marketing team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, digital content creation, and corporate event support. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on real-world design projects, contribute to corporate marketing initiatives, and assist in event branding and logistics.

 

A successful candidate will have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

Graphic Design & Digital Content:

  • Collaborate with product marketing to redesign and update product collateral, including infographics, flyers, magazine ads, and digital assets (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Create engaging social media graphics for events, corporate announcements, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design event branding materials such as banners, signage, brochures, and promotional products for corporate events and State Mobile ID launches.
  • Enhance and format PowerPoint presentations to align with brand standards.
  • Develop custom illustrations and visuals for a variety of marketing and sales materials.

Corporate Events & Branding:

  • Support the planning, branding, and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and internal company events.
  • Assist in designing event-specific marketing materials to create a cohesive brand presence.
  • Contribute to event logistics and coordination, working closely with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Help maintain consistency in branding across all corporate events and digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • You are a college sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Business, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or another related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • A portfolio of graphic design work created as a student like flyers, ads, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High levels of self-motivation, curiosity, and creativity.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and enlist others’ support in ensuring timely project completion.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no CPT visa).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Above average knowledge and practical application of InDesign, After Effects, and other graphic design software.
  • Experience with WordPress
  • UX/UI knowledge
  • Passion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issues.

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.
