Responsibilities

Overview: IDEMIA Secure Transactions, a division of IDEMIA Group, is a leading pure player in payment solutions,  we have pioneered the future of our industry, empowering our customers to offer essential services with an unbeatable balance between high-level security and ease of use. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and foster existing and emerging relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers of IDEMIA’s North American customers and ecosystem. You will grow revenue by effectively managing and continuously feeding a sales pipeline/funnel of existing customers, identifying and pursuing new Digital and Advanced Services opportunities for new sales, cross selling and upselling with acquired customers, and engaging customer retention and contract renewal efforts.  You will build a Sales Strategy leveraging your strong sales and relationship management skills, while advancing innovation through collaboration and co-innovation with our customers, crafting solutions that blend physical and digital experiences.

 

Job Description:

A hybrid role with classical KAM or GAM responsibilities for select assigned accounts  and business development for Regional Digital and Advanced Service sales. Reporting directly to Regional Head of Sales.

    • Classical KAM/GAM role includes:
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within core accounts.
      • Ultimate account satisfaction responsibilities and first level escalation for any and all BAU items/issues.
      • Enhance revenue generation through effective targeting, strategic budget development, and successful attainment of financial goals.
      • Prepare and present sales forecasts to align with the core business goals and objectives.
      • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while maintaining profitability and competitiveness.
      • All direct business/opportunity development activity for all products and services to include account research, relationship development, execution of sales interviews, opportunity identification and sales pipeline actions/activity leading to disqualification or qualification and ultimately new deal closure.
    • Digital & Advanced Service Sales role includes:
      • Identify and pursue Digital & Advanced Services opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation strategies.
      • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs, tailoring solutions accordingly.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver services solutions that meet the customer requirements.
      • Prepare and present strategic plans to senior management.
      • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance visibility and build professional relationships.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of sales experience relating to payment solutions & banking industry
  • Self-starter with experience and desire to acquire new business.
  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • A track record of high achievement and keenly developed competitive nature

Location: Remotely based in the USA, occasional travel
