• Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to meet business needs and optimize inventory levels.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast demand accurately.
• Utilize inventory management software and tools to track inventory levels, forecast demand, and generate purchase orders.
• Ensure optimal stock levels to minimize costs and avoid stockouts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock levels.
• Implement inventory control mechanisms and processes to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Developing production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and company targets. 
• Ensuring efficient use of resources (materials, labor, equipment). 
• Creating master production schedules (MPS) and detailed production schedules. 
• Managing capacity planning and shop order release
• Support quality issues, DMR, disposals
• Manages 2-4 people. 

• 5-7 years of inventory planning and management experience.  Proficient excel use required. BA preferred. Experience with Microsoft GP and Stockiq a plus.
