Responsibilities

  • Make critical decision on whether the part being shipped is to be returned or not. If wrong decision is made, we could lose a very expensive part or to pay to have a part returned that should have been discarded onsite.
  • Process emergency and replenishment spare parts orders received from technical support, remote field support and field service warehouse locations.
  • Generate and maintain daily return material authorization (RMA) logs for all repairable support inventory shipped to the field.
  • Provide weekly reports of outstanding open return RMA’s.
  • Maintain records of all parts shipments by part number, serial number and customer.
  • Maintain daily parts return logs.
  • Update equipment record for service.
  • Create equipment record for new manufacturing orders.
  • Assist personnel in ordering the correct material and verifying correct material is returned.
  • Assist department personnel in accomplishing team goals and projects by performing assigned task.
  • Provide backup support in warehouse, by pulling orders and shipping emergency orders.
  • Track all orders and make necessary communications when parts are not returned on schedule.
  • Cross train within the department.

The US base hourly range for this position is $27.06 - 33.91 + benefits. Our hourly ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and one to two years inventory / technical experience or a combination of education and experience that would enable performance of the full scope of the position.
  • Must pass security screening.
  • Must pass government eQIP contractor screening.
  • High Knowledge of MS Office.
  • General knowledge of PC’s.
  • General knowledge of inventory systems.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Highly detail oriented.
