Responsibilities

Overview: IDEMIA, the global leader in ID & Payment Card manufacturing is looking to add a new Senior Industrial Engineer to our team to assist in the development of new products and processes in our high-volume manufacturing facility

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Global Engineering Team members to develop new product and processes
  • Develop final factory acceptance report
  • Support Pilot production with R&T team and Factory Engineering team
  • Approve first mass production
  • Develop innovative products in line with product roadmap
  • Define industrialization guide for new R&D development
  • Support and approve Pilot production (RFPP)
  • Support and approve First Mass production (RFPI)
  • Follow Mass production (FRVM)
  • Support and approve production Transfer
  • Improve current production
  • Ensure that approved production parameters are respected through the Group

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Good availability / adaptability (regular overseas travels 20% of working time)
  • Smart Card technologies will be a plus (Plastic / printing / IC )
  • Fluent English level (daily practice with email/phone)
  • Create synthetic and clear documentation (RFPP / RFPI)
  • Strong method capacity (documentation – training)
  • Technical Skills in Risk analysis (FMEA/AMDEC) / Project Management₋Office (IT) / CAO/DAO (technical drawing to read and draw)
  • Leadership ₋ Ability to challenge status quo and understand and work with team members from different departments
