- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate identity analytics insights to stakeholders
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in identity data
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Amazon RedShift
- Collaborate with customers to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct data quality assessments and validation checks on incoming datasets
- Support basic data transformation tasks and assist with ETL pipeline testing
- Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and analytical processes
- Provide training and support to end users on QuickSight dashboard functionality
- Assist with ad-hoc data analysis requests from internal teams and customers
- Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot visualization issues
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with customers and stakeholders

Required Technical Skills:

- **Business Intelligence & Visualization:**
- Amazon QuickSight (dashboard creation, data source management)
- Data visualization best practices and design principles
- Understanding of KPIs and metrics for identity systems
- **Data Analysis:**
- SQL (intermediate level) - joins, aggregations, window functions
- Basic statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
- **AWS Services (Basic):**
- Amazon S3 for data access and file management
- Amazon RedShift for data querying
- Basic understanding of AWS data ecosystem

Required Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Background in SQL and data querying
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Amazon QuickSight or similar cloud BI platforms
- Familiarity with identity management concepts and terminology
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience with government or regulated industry reporting
- Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
