• Facility managers will be responsible for the upkeep of the building, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Including but not limited to; electrical, plumbing, and structural issues, as well as coordinating with contractors and vendors. 
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all occupants is a crucial aspect of the role. This includes enforcing our safety procedures, conducting regular inspections, and managing emergency preparedness. 
• Facility manager will also be involved in optimizing space utilization, managing furniture and equipment, and ensuring efficient workflows within the facility. 
• Oversee budgets for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related expenses.
• Facility managers may manage relationships with various vendors, including contractors, cleaning services, and security personnel.
• Ensuring our lease agreement requirements are being met, schedule preventative maintenance for our facilities and factories.
• Ensuring the facility meets all relevant regulations and standards related to health, safety, and environmental protection. 

The US base salary range for this position is $77,870 - 97,344/yr + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
