The Director of Talent Management designs, delivers, and evaluates the organization’s talent management strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in building and executing successful talent programs encompassing organizational development, continuous learning and development, and succession planning. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources and collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), senior leaders, and managers, the role necessitates an innovative approach and proficient data utilization to drive decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
