Responsibilities

  • Administer strategies meant to optimize organizational inventory levels and support organizational business objectives.
  • Focus on hardware forecasting to ensure customer requirements are met and year-end inventory targets are achieved.
  • Collect data and prepare analyses forecasting demand or predicting inventory needs. Maintain collaboration with purchasing team and submit requisitions to ensure a continuous supply of goods.
  • Use Salesforce and other means to forecast inventory needs based on upcoming sales.
  • Coordination with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Line Operations/Program Managers, and Product Management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external suppliers as well as internal customers.
  • Planning and project management. Effectively communicate with departments such as Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Program Teams.
  • Project manage and report progress on Supply Chain lead initiatives/transformation projects.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $64,000 - $75,000/yr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting methods is crucial for developing
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with demand planning software and ERP systems is essential for automating data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with and partner with key business stakeholders.
  • 1-3+ years of demand planning and forecasting experience (required)
  • Experience working with Great Plains a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS are highly regarded.
