Responsibilities

  • Work customer tickets and resolve them within established SLA’s
  • Handle any and all escalations that come from the helpdesk and triage as necessary
  • Participate in daily SCRUM calls
  • Participate in on call rotation including occasional after-hours smoke checks
  • Continually strive to learn new skills and adapt to an ever-changing environment

**The US base salary range for this position is $64,890 - $81,120 + bonus + benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations.  Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Beyond offering a competitive total rewards package, we offer various opportunities to support team member growth and success**.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a remote team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to customers as well as team members
  • Familiarity with SQL, creating/altering/running various scripts as needed
  • Familiarity with Linux commands and navigation
  • BA or equivalent experience
