Responsibilities

  • Assist strategies meant to optimize organizational inventory levels and support organizational business objectives.
  • Assiston hardware forecasting to ensure customer requirements are met and year-end inventory targets are achieved.
  • Collect data and prepare analyses forecasting demand or predicting inventory needs. Maintain collaboration with purchasing team and submit requisitions to ensure a continuous supply of goods.
  • Use Salesforce and other means to forecast inventory needs based on upcoming sales.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal customers.
  • Assist with planning and project management. Effectively communicate with departments such as Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Program Teams.
  • Project manage and report progress on Supply Chain lead initiatives/transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong systems knowledge that includes advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with Great Plains a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with and partner with key business stakeholders.

Note: This is an on-site role, you must be able to travel to the office.

 

The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
