Responsibilities

The Business Operations and Leadership Internship is one discipline of IDEMIA North America’s Summer Internship Program. Join the IDEMIA team to work on real-world projects in collaboration with key business leaders across the company. You will be empowered to build a community, explore your passion, and achieve your goals. It is a chance to work on problem sets across our North American teams and clients where you can see your ideas come to life.  

 

In this role, interns will be assigned to work within a team at IDEMIA to apply their classroom knowledge to a variety of strategic and operational projects. These projects are designed to support business development, sales enablement, and operational efficiency across the organization.

 

A successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, exceptional organizational and communication skills, problem-solving skill set, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

  • Support the development and execution of sales enablement tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Take ownership of a project or outcome that improves business operations or sales team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IDEMIA subject matter experts to understand challenges and constraints and recommend operational improvements.
  • Assist in documenting workflows, playbooks, and best practices to ensure repeatable and scalable processes.
  • Analyze sales and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with your department manager and internship mentor for coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

Position Requirements: 

  • You are a rising junior, senior, master’s student, or recent undergraduate/graduate in a business related major
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with excellent time management skills 
  • Robust communication (written and verbal), collaboration, & problem-solving skills
  • Drive and eagerness to learn
  • Creative professional, empowered to bring bold ideas forward
  • Passion for problem solving 
  • 3.0 GPA or higher 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Competency or interest in the security and identity management space
  • Passionate about improving internal processes, systems, and customer-facing tools

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.

 

The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
