Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  1. Support Production Operations

    • Assist with daily manufacturing tasks such as assembly, packaging, or machine operation.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  2. Data Collection & Analysis

    • Gather and analyze production data (e.g., cycle times, scrap rates).
    • Help identify trends and suggest improvements.
  3. Process Improvement Projects

    • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
    • Work on projects to reduce waste, improve workflow, or enhance safety.
  4. Documentation & Reporting

    • Update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Prepare reports on production metrics or project outcomes.
  5. Quality Assurance Support

    • Assist with inspections and testing of products.
    • Help investigate and document quality issues.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
    • Attend team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  7. Safety & Compliance

    • Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
    • Participate in safety audits or training sessions.
  8. Learning & Development

    • Shadow experienced staff to learn manufacturing processes.
    • Attend training sessions on equipment, software, or methodologies.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college program.

Note: This is an onsite role, you must be able to travel to the office.

 

The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
