Responsibilities

• Support senior researchers in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing for biometric and digital identity applications.
• Document and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that inform design and product direction.
• Help maintain a centralized repository of research data, insights, and user personas.
• Participate in collaborative workshops with designers and developers to align research insights with UX goals.
• Support accessibility and usability testing to ensure compliance with Section 508 and other accessibility standards.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends in biometric and identity verification products.
• Assist with the creation of research plans, interview guides, and test scripts.
• Help improve research documentation and process consistency across the UX team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of UX research methodologies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, etc.).

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Interest in biometric technologies, accessibility, and ethical UX design practices.

• Experience with data synthesis and visualization (e.g., Miro, FigJam, Excel, Notion, Confluence) is a plus.

• Passion for learning and contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment.

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.

 

The US hourly rate for this position is $25.
