Responsibilities

The Communications Internship is one discipline of IDEMIA North America’s 12-week Summer Internship Program. The intern will be an integral member of the Marketing team and will provide support to staff. In this role, interns will have the opportunity to learn and assist in communications operations, including but not limited to social media strategy, paid media campaigns, press release creation, branding, internal communications and more.

 

A successful candidate will have exceptional time management, organizational, communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

  • Work closely with the Communications, Marketing, and Business Lead stakeholders to communicate our service offerings and initiatives
  • Draft Press Releases for IDEMIA products & services
  • Liaise with the Marketing Operations team to track outreach and the effectiveness marketing campaigns
  • Proactively contribute ideas to develop the marketing strategy and drive engagement for this flagship products and services
  • Manage and organize production of marketing deliverables
  • Develop internal communication plans

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • You are a college sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Business, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or another related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High levels of self-motivation, curiosity, and creativity.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and enlist others’ support in ensuring timely project completion.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Must be authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Above average knowledge and practical application of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat and Microsoft Office products.
  • Passion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issues

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.

  

The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
