Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily shipments for manufacturing and service. 
  • Work with several different groups coordinating service and RMA pickups. 
  • Help with inventory cycle counts. 
  • Serve as point of contact for shipping and cost-related inquiries. 
  • Work with the inventory manager to provide low-cost shipping options. 
  • Work with return tags for equipment being returned from the field. 
  • Help with tracking numbers and issues with carriers (FedEx, XPO, etc.). 
  • Assist with material organization on both sides of the warehouse. 
  • Help with Hazmat shipments and assist as backup for export compliance to foreign vendors. 
  • Verify counts are correct on incoming material. 
  • Answer shipping and receiving inquiries from various groups. 
  • Data collection on rates and times for shipments made to customers. 
  • Work with inventory manager to ship small package and Freight shipments to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. 
  • Work with the service team to get service items out to customers to keep customers up and running. 
  • Load and unload freight and assist with sorting small package shipments. 
  • Help recover return merchandise authorization (RMA) material from partner sites that close to return to facility for disposition. 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned. 

 

**The US base hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 + benefits. Our hourly ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

  • High school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Experience with ERP system a plus. 
  • Experience with international shipments. 
  • Experience with XPO/DHL/UPS/FedEx freight vendors a plus. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities is a must. 
  • Certifications with Li-io Batteries a plus.
