Responsibilities

Job Description

The Associate Business Analyst will manage requirements for customer program deliveries.  This role will provide a bridge between customer requirements and the delivery organization within IDEMIA.  In addition, the Associate Business Analyst will help evaluate sales opportunities to author and manage bid compliance matrices. 

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Analyzing stakeholder requirements to perform requirements allocation and author appropriate acceptance criteria
  • Deriving stakeholder requirements to system and subsystem requirements
  • Coordinating with QA to enable generation of applicable test cases
  • Generating applicable use cases and sequence diagrams
  • Managing end-to-end requirements traceability
  • Generating compliance matrixes for RFPs
  • Understanding of IDEMIA solution offerings and advocating for leveraging product capabilities
  • Identify opportunities and drive changes to improve efficiency and/or quality of the IDEMIA products, programs, and company

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Experience in Requirements Management processes

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience working with US state or federal agencies
  • Experience delivering programs originated from competitive RFPs

Desired Experience

  • Experience working with Agile teams

Must be a US Citizen, without dual Citizenship.

 

Travel

Expected travel up to 25%
