Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):

  • Support multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all partner acquisition, and onboarding tasks are performed according to schedule for multiple programs
  • Support partner inquiry responses and analysis
  • Support contract administration activities
  • Support data reporting needs for multiple program stakeholders and provide high-level analysis of results
  • Tracks partner metrics and trends which may include partner acquisitions, partner turnover (voluntary and involuntary), partner terminations, contract changes, partner inquiries,
  • Builds key data sets to empower acquisition, onboarding and exploratory analysis. Monitor key metrics and provide information to key stakeholders
  • Generates standard, custom, weekly, period, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports as needed

Qualifications

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and be part of a team environment
  • Ability to work with potential partners in a direct capability
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, complex organization and meet deadlines
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Support multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritize
  • High organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

 

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, combined with a 4+ years of related work experience
  • CRM experience a plus, but not required
