Responsibilities

Are you a highly organized, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a detail-oriented Partnership Onboarding Specialist to play a critical role in supporting partner acquisition, onboarding, reporting, and program operations. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, helping drive operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across multiple programs.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions:
Includes, but is not limited to:

    •    Support multiple team members and projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Ensure all partner acquisition and onboarding activities are completed accurately and according to established schedules across multiple programs.
    •    Respond to partner inquiries and provide analysis to support issue resolution and business objectives.
    •    Assist with contract administration activities and related documentation.
    •    Support reporting needs for program stakeholders and provide high-level analysis of business results and trends.
    •    Track and monitor partner performance metrics, including:
    ◦    Partner acquisitions
    ◦    Partner turnover (voluntary and involuntary)
    ◦    Partner terminations
    ◦    Contract changes
    ◦    Partner inquiries
    •    Build and maintain key datasets that support acquisition, onboarding, operational, and exploratory analysis.
    •    Monitor key performance indicators and communicate insights to stakeholders.
    •    Generate standard, custom, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports as needed.
    •    Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement through data analysis.

Qualifications

US Citizenship Required.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


    •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •    Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
    •    Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
    •    Comfortable interacting directly with prospective and existing partners.
    •    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex organization and consistently meet deadlines.
    •    Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    •    Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    •    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    •    Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.


Education & Experience


    •    Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    •    Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
    •    Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
