We are seeking a hands-on Shipping Supervisor to lead daily shipping and receiving operations while actively contributing alongside the team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing team supervision with direct operational work.
The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound material flow, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory movements, and driving continuous improvement in shipping and receiving processes. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, meeting customer expectations, and supporting overall supply chain performance.
This is a working supervisor position, meaning you will spend a significant portion of your time performing shipping and receiving tasks while guiding and supporting your team.
The US base salary range for this position is $ 64,890.00 - $ 81,120.00 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
