Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions
  • Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Auditing of systems
  • Support tickets

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in an infrastructure support role
  • Server hardware install and configure experience
  • Experience supporting multi-location enterprise environment or 1000+ users
  • Hypervisor management - VMware
  • Backup experience
  • Power BI, PowerShell, DHCP

Preferred Experience

  • Veeam backup software
  • Data center
