Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues under the guidance of senior IT staff.
  • Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support user account management activities, including password resets and account access requests.
  • Help prepare equipment and accounts for new employee onboarding and assist with offboarding activities.
  • Track, update, and document support requests in the IT ticketing system.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory records for company technology assets.
  • Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and end-user guides.
  • Participate in IT projects, device deployments, software rollouts, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Learn and follow company security, privacy, and compliance policies while handling technology and user information.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.

 

The US hourly rate for this position is $25.
