ROLE OVERVIEW
The S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) - Leader will be accountable for the management of the strategic long-term Division Sales & Operations Planning process and Execution. The role will lead cross-functional S&OP process and develop on-top analytics that enables the Division to develop a balanced 12 month demand and supply plans considering the latest market and internal dynamics.
This role will require the integration of demand coming from Product Groups and deploy the SIOP regional process.
The ideal candidate will have been in a similar role, demonstrate a high sense of urgency and have a track record of progression through the ranks.
The Position will report directly to the Global-Regional Supply Chain/Operations Leader.
This position is remote but will require ~50% travel
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process delivering cross-functionally aligned, feasible long-term demand and supply plans.
- Ensure a disciplined and continuously improving process that allows for executive level action planning and decision making.
- Summarize complete sales, inventory, and operations plan into standardized, succinct management report. Ability to present complex details to various levels of the organization
- Creation and management of a long-term top down, bottom up demand reconciliation process considering the latest market intelligence insights, statistical base rate forecasting and sales / commercial input
- Creation and management of long-term demand & supply Master Schedule to ensure the integration into the ERP system for effective creation of material requirement planning of raw materials.
- Manage the Master Schedule and establish commit dates.
- Lead the monthly reporting for measuring S&OP effectiveness (Revenue, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory optimization, Customer OTD and Productivity). Ensure that Root Cause Analytics and Corrective Actions methods drive improving performance in all of these areas
- Ensure that each functional group aligns to SIOP procedures and that continuous improvements plans are in place to enable on-going development of process and system capability
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and overall inventory management Establishing deep domain expertise and high-performance culture

As the Global Vice President of Accounting, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing all accounting operations within our 1B global organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the company's financial activities comply with accounting standards and regulations. This includes managing the month-end financial processes, participating in financial negotiations with external partners, and facilitating successful audits. In addition, this role will be instrumental in reducing the number of ERP systems used globally and guiding ERP conversions. This role combines hands-on activities with the strategic design and implementation of an overall accounting structure.

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the performance and compliance of multiple Enrollment Centers across an assigned geographic region. This includes supervising Enrollment Agent (EA) activities within the assigned region to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are effectively addressed. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operational activities of the enrollment sites and EAs in the assigned region as they relate to employee performance, staffing & scheduling, and training. The Customer Service Supervisor will also maintain and facilitate communication with EAs at the enrollment sites regarding new information or relevant updates to procedures or services.
