- Must work diligently to meet shipping windows. - Perform shipping duties such as computer entry, packing, labeling operations. - Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions, communicate effectively. - Must be proficient with MS Office programs. Experience using shipping software such as UPS Worldship, Fed-Ex Ship Manager, etc. - Experience creating Packing Slips, BOLs, Invoices, and all related shipping documents. - Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor on the status of jobs to be shipped. - Organize and arrange shipment of all completed orders in accordance with the shipping schedule/customer requirements. - Responsible for customer specific order fulfilment and processing (DMDC). - Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons. - Assemble packaging containers or selects preassembled containers. - Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. - Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. - May direct others in preparing outgoing and receiving incoming shipments. - Responsible for monthly physical inventories of all finished cards. - Responsible for the loading of the docks for when trucks arrive for shipments. - Other roles and responsibilities may apply as assigned. - Read job jacket in order to confirm the job quantity and ship to address and method. - Follow packaging and shipping methods per Customer, IDEMIA, and schemes requirements. - Calculate the allowable short/over for each job, cross check with auditor figures perform blind audit for each job. - Maintain integrity of individual jobs. Generate matching labels for each box. Ensure each job is packaged, labeled and shipper per Customer and IDEMIA specifications. Print labels as needed. - Access job data in computer. Record job data in computer and on Audit Trail. - Perform all tasks within Safety, Security and Auditing guidelines. - Maintain strong organization and 6S of workstation and perform other duties as assigned.

Overview: The NPI Engineer will support new product development from concept through mass production. Design and industrialize new payment card products and processes, according to business needs and market feedback. Define engineering parameters for machines and equipment for new processes. Perform FMEA, DoE, and Cp/Cpk analysis of new processes / products. Qualify and approve new products for production. Support the transfer of new products to mass production stage. Coordinate new product introductions with quality, finance, and supply chain teams. Work with suppliers on new offerings, alternative sourcing, and cost saving initiatives. Have a Lean mindset for identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Support and advise production on quality issues and improvement actions.   Responsibilities: - Work with Corporate R&D / Industrialization department during product development lifecycle - Design new payment card structures and manufacturing processes - Support qualification production runs with new product team and Factory Engineering team - Approve first mass production - Identify possibilities to improve current production processes - Define machine and manufacturing parameters for new production processes - Establish production standards, manufacturing capabilities, and throughput capacities of all processes under engineering control for planning and scheduling needs - Qualify new processes and product tolerances using statistical analysis, including the use of Cp/Cpk - Express a good problem solving capability for identifying root cause / corrective actions for issues during production for all new products / processes - Develop and manage new processes and projects thoroughly with proper documentation and consistent monitoring while reporting up to date statuses to the Engineering manager and supervisor - Monitor, support and improve production yield rates in accordance with manufacturing goals - Assist in defining industrialization plans for new processes, products, or equipment pertaining to the “R3” industrial qualification process in relation to Company Quality Assurance standards - Support Quality Assurance and Customer complaint investigations as needed - Other roles and responsibilities may apply

The primary responsibilities of this position are in support of customer facing IT solutions for driver services and law enforcement agencies across Texas. This role may support federal related operations as well. You will join an established team who maintains our similar product lines. You will be involved with setup of equipment, assist with the deployment, and establish yourself into a support role that will leave you securely employed for years to come as one of our subject matter experts on our operations team.   This role will require travel within your support area and at times will require overnights to complete a task. The ideal location for this role will be near or around Fort Worth, Texas. If there are no scheduled activities from the day prior, you will start from your residence awaiting service calls or assignments based on management or customer request.   You will be assigned to an in-state team lead who will oversee your day-to-day activities and assist with program questions. You will be compensated for overtime that falls outside of business hours.   You will be part of a compensated rotating on-call schedule that at times will be responsible for responding on nights and weekends.   Essential Job Functions (include but are not limited to):  - Expert knowledge base to install and manage OS, administer users accounts, security, configuration, patch management, updates and configure network connectivity for supported programs. - Comprehensive understanding of configuration and initialization files, error logging, event viewer as they pertain to software applications. Must be able to gather, organize, analyze and/or potentially resolve software issues. Effectively use escalation procedures and able to manage priorities. - Provide guidance for installation, configuration and repair of standard and custom hardware components using support tools such as schematics, operating manuals, and technical documentation. - Provide leadership in the development, update, and maintenance of support documentation for configurations and standardization. Interface with configuration management, integration team, escalation engineering and vendors as appropriate. - Able to configure network connections; gather, organize, analyze and troubleshoot network issues, employ support tools to trace network connectivity issues, diagnose problems, and escalate to proper IT professional (STIP) for resolution. - Expert capabilities in triaging and remediating system problems and issues. - Strong skills and capabilities to evaluate and tune systems to allow them to run efficiently. - Excellent root/cause analysis experience including the interpretation of Event logs, IIS logs, web.config, and Active Directory. - Extensive systems administration experience. - Strong experience with system security including the management of Certificates, WSE, NTFS, Bitlocker, and Share level Permissions. - Strong skills and experience creating deployment solutions including building system images through standardized tools. - Extensive network skills and experience including TCP/IP; DHCP, DNS, WINS, Workgroups, Domains, Active Directory. Additionally, the configuration, management, and trouble shooting of firewall, switches, and routers. - Good driving record with the ability to have and maintain a vaild drivers license. - When available, a company vehicle may be provided, however a personal vehicle may be required for travel.
