ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES   80% Responsible for providing leadership expertise to the Preproduction Software Engineering team– IST * Effectively manages the Preproduction Software Engineering team– IST * Allocates resources on projects required by internal and external clients * Act as a mentor/advisor to new IDEMIA Technologies employees as directed * Work closely with internal staff to assure compatibility with potential clients and to help establish initial contact and discussions with new clients *Manage employee relation issues to include recruitment 10% Ensure that development is done in a controlled and professional environment.   * Enforces proper setups, testing, and implementation processes within the team * Ensuring proper support for production issues   5% Organize and provide assistance in training employees as required   5% Other duties as assigned.

It is a chance to work on problem sets across our North American teams and clients where you can see your ideas come to life.     In this role, interns will be assigned to work within a team at IDEMIA to use their skills and experience garnered in the classroom on a wide variety of strategic and transformative projects aimed at developing successful business strategies and execution plans. Below is a list of the divisions or departments that applicants may be placed with:    Delivery & Service Operations Client Success  Justice and Public Safety    A successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, exceptional organizational and communication skills, problem-solving skill set, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.    Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):   - Take on operational leadership of a project/outcome - Drives project initiation by prioritizing tasks, proactively removing risks, and creating work breakdown structures. - Collaborate with IDEMIA subject matter experts tounderstand challenges and constraints and can recommend business decisions and operational plans.   - Design and document projects and workflow to ensure operational effectiveness - Navigate the industry, identifying problems, recommending solutions, and improving how the business functions - Meet regularly with your department manager and internship mentor to receive personalized coaching and mentorship

earn and operate C8000 according to specifications and quality protocols, meet productivity targets based on machine capacity and work load. Minimum of 15,000 to 20,000 per shift 

Is responsbile for assisting the Production Supervisor in the overall operations of an assigned shift.  Must coordinate with Supervisor to plan and prioritize work to meet daily time-critical requirements.  Coordinate proper training of subordinates and assist in assiging work for an efficient and effective work flow.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES:   - Assist in planning, prioritizing, and manging daily departmental operations. - Assist in the evaluation of potential applicants. - Contribute to the review process in employee performance appraisals. - As necessary, assist in corrective action and termination of employees with approriate approval. - Maintain effective coomunication with all departments staff and Upper Management - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. - Implement and support ISO 9000 specifications and requirements.  

Performs inspections on raw materials, in-process and/or finished products to ensure compliance with organization's quality and reliability standards. Designs, implements, and audits quality control programs. Recommends changes to methods, procedures, and standards to improve quality of output based on analysis of inspections. Creates and distributes reports on supplier quality performance and corrective action status.
