We are seeking a Solution Sales Development Director with proven software solution selling experience to join our growing Smart Biometrics sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities for our enterprise-level solutions in US. This position will require a strategic approach to value-based selling and working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. We value demonstrated success in complex solution selling over formal credentials. If you have a track record of driving revenue growth in identity, KYC, or security sectors, we want to talk to you.

As the Program Manager of our Universal Enrollment Services program team, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of a large-scale, complex programs within IPS North America. As the Program Manager, you will work with our customer, engineers, and other staff to understand customer contractual requirements, facilitate, and support the design of the enterprise solutions, engage in, and monitor the technical development activities to deliver upon all contractual project deliverables.
