Create and work on cases/tickets based on customer's technical support needs. Answer calls that come via one or more support lines. Utilize Salesforce for call log, tracking and documentation. Call customers back and provide updates as needed. May be assigned to specific projects / platforms based on business needs. Attendance to regular team meetings is mandatory. The Business Operation and Leadership Internship is one discipline of IDEMIA North America’s 12-week Summer Internship Program. The intern will be an integral member of the Enrollment Services team and will provide administrative support to staff. In this role, interns will have the opportunity to learn and assist with Account setup, code generation, transaction maintenance and reporting to support day to day operational tasks related to enrollment and billing activities across State and Federal programs.
