- Perform work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. - Possess beginning to working knowledge of the finished product and all required features and quality standards. - Meet with the Shift Supervisor or Lead to understand the priorities for the day and order of jobs. - During the 30min shift overlap spend time with the prior shift operator to understand any machine specific issues. - Test and inspect machines to determine safe and efficient operation. - Perform routine machine calibrations based on the timing outlined by procedures or management instruction.  - Perform machine setup/warmup if not already done by prior operator. - Read job ticket to determine proper materials and setup is used. - Pull necessary materials to load new jobs.  - Load and unload materials and finished product based on machine guidelines to ensure no unnecessary stoppages. - Routinely clean the machine stations per cleaning checklist.  - Swap out other machines consumables based on quality feedback, lifespan schedule, or when parts are empty. - Check that items produced pass quality control tests at each designated stage. - Perform First Article Inspection of product to ensure that it passes all quality standards. - Perform hand inspection of product when quality needs to be controlled to eliminate defects escaping. - Notify maintenance and supervisor/lead of any machine maintenance issues immediately. - Notify supervisor/lead of any quality issues immediately and follow quality control procedures for containment.    - Remove waste from the machine when bins are filled. - Shred waste materials when all bins are full per security guidelines. - Follow all safety and security policies. - Take scheduled breaks as outlined by policy.  - Check emails for updates on policies and other notifications and to complete assigned tasks. - Follow all company established policies and procedures. - Attend shift/department/company meetings where attendance is required. This includes routine training.  - All other level appropriate duties as required. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for providing overall management and direction for supply chain planning and buying teams with the overall goal of developing and maintaining an integrated “service-driven operation”. You will oversee the management of all activities involved in sourcing and procurement for I&S NA and planning activities predominantly focused on the CI Business Line. This includes coordination and collaboration with internal and external partners to include program, finance, and operations. A key focus on the position will also be the forecasting and accuracy management of I&S inventory as well as the responsibility of coordinating all key supply chain metrics with the wider supply chain team. The purpose of this position is to manage a distributed team of buyers and planners to ensure high level of quality support to the business while assisting to drive prioritized improvement projects to achieve annual cost, quality, delivery, and compliance targets. The Director of Supply Chain will manage accurate material forecasting along with timely requisition placement and supplier delivery follow up in order to achieve successful program and delivery execution.
