The Director, Supply Chain Management directs and oversees the organization's supply chain, coordinating the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, or completed merchandise to ensure that production needs or customer expectations are met. You will establish and implement strategies meant to optimize organizational inventory levels and support organizational business objectives. You will develop and maintain relationships with vendors that can improve efficiency or performance of supply chain networks. You will set supply chain performance standards and tracks progress against goals. You will analyze historical data to forecast demand and predict inventory needs.
- Own the customer account and be the primary company representative, and work closely with the customer’s project manager managing the client’s expectations and act as company liaison during the entire course of project.
- Develop clear program plans with all necessary functional areas (including project schedule, budget, project codes, etc.).
- Manage the budget of the delivery program throughout the life of the program; update and publish ETC /EACs monthly.
